The best Meliá hotel I stayed in Spain - the service was great, they greeted us so kindly, gave us a special Alhambra tea, the location was so amazing, just a block down so many tapas/bars, live music, shopping, I truly enjoyed the hotel and the neughbourhood.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful city

Everything about our stay at this hotel was excellent. From the communication, to the welcome we received and our wonderful room. It was all fantastic. We had no idea when we booked that we had actually booked The Level. This was like a small hotel within the hotel. It gave us access to a beautiful terrace and breakfast just for people on Level 6. There were snacks, beers, wine and soft drinks available at no cost from 11-8pm every day. Then between 5&7pm there was a wider array of food and drink on offer for no extra cost. This was such a lovely surprise and we did use it but no one seemed to abuse it which was lovely. The staff were beyond helpful and kind which was a joy after a very stressful journey there due to train issues. Granada is beautiful and this hotel was the icing on the cake for us. We would heartily recommend.

The perfect getaway

Our experience was outstanding and wanted to really thank Andrea Fortis for welcoming us and taking care of us, organising my dads birthday cake and giving us the best experience ever. Our level Junior suite rooms were clean and big and had all the things which we needed as a kettle, coffee machine, etc.

MEJOR HOTEL DE GRANADA

He estado muchas veces en este hotel que me gusta por su ubicación y el servicio. Pero esta es la lrimera vez que llego desde su remodelacion hace un par de años. Me hospede en una Suite Junior, super comoda y con vista. Existe en el piso 6 el nivel level que es un lounge donde puedes desayunar tomar unos tragos y con una vista inmejorable a la Alhambra. Especial me ñncion a su gerente Carlos por todas sus atenciones.

Best views of Alhambra from its sixth floor

Don’t think it twice and book a room a LEVEL at the sixth floor…it is worth every penny. The staff is ultra friendly, views are amazing, Andrea from reception smiled every minute of our stay and Andrea from breakfast did likewise during service! Our little one felt like home and the attention to detail was amazing!

The professionalism and yet kindness of the staff from checkin to housekeeping to concierge was phenomenal. They truly made us feel like they cared about our experience. Very comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. Housekeeping is impeccable and fast. We had LEVEL UP privileges while staying up on the 6th floor - the food, the service were exceptional. Definitely felt like a seriously luxurious experience.
