The room is so much smaller than it's presented on the website. We had to get an extra cover to be able to sleep as the heater are off very early. The tv was parallel and angled to the bed, such they can make sure that no one can see the tv screen !! The corridor was very loud early on the morning. Overall we had a bad experience and the hotel management should seriously take an action.

September 2017 city break - Perfect for us

Pros: Location, staff, standard.
Cons: Struggling to suggest.
Location: Bars dinning Flamenco historic buildings easy walk. I have not posted photo's to many to choose, recommend good camera, intenet photos are accurate.
Situated perfect, spacious room we had double room 2 large comfy single beds as one, only had breakfast but more than adequate continental with hot food by request (sausage egg bacon - European standard) organised taxi 'circa' 120euro week day 'circa' 145euro week end one way Malaga to Granada, organised Alhambra Palace 'circa' 110euro 2 people highly recommended guide and coach included nothing else 'but do compare costs' - we would highly recommend this hotel. Educational for Students / young Teens.

Excellent choice

The overriding highlight of this hotel is its location - very central and Alhambra about 25 minutes away (albeit uphill!). However, unfortunately for us there were some building works going on outside our window yhat were noisy in the mornings -our other window looked straight into someone's office! Also, for a 4-star hotel, and being an English person, we felt it was a shame that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. But the staff were lovely and helpful, including the bar staff - although we did not have a meal at the hotel, the tapas we were given with our drinks was tasty.

Great location

Very nice hotel with perfect location in city centre. Difficult to get to with a car though but found it eventually. Only thing missing in the room is a kettle and coffee/tea facilities.

Gute Lage im Zentrum, am Hotel nichts auszusetzen. Tiefgarage vorhanden, obwohl etwas teuer (22€). Bei Anfahrt ist zu beachten, dass man als Hotelgast durch einige Einbahnstrassen fahren muss/darf.
