Soundproofing was poor; we spent the night listening to children in the adjacent rooms and hallways. The staff was nice. We were surprised by a parking charge which was not disclosed at the time of booking or on the confirmation email.

Parking area was very save. We did not use laundry facilities cannot comment on that. Staff was very friendly and our room was at a perfect location for us to take our dogs out back to the pet area. Our two dogs had plenty of room and all of us were very comfortable during our stay.
