This is a great place to stay if you have multiple members of your family staying with you. There are two full baths, three bedrooms and a bonus 1/2 bath on the first floor...game changer! Would definately stay here again whenever we're in the area.

This property was perfect for our little GJ getaway. Easy access to the state park & monument. Plus cross country skiing on the Mesa! Close to old town for food, coffee and shopping. This townhouse was perfect for our visit to Grand Junction. The property was very clean and is just as lovely in person as it is in the photos. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect spot to enjoy Grand Junction

We were meeting the in-laws 1/2 way and this was a perfect spot! It was walking distance to downtown and a short drive to other spots. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. It also had all the kitchen stuff we needed to make yummy meals! Planning on staying here again for an in-law meet-up!
