Great hotel

We had an accessible room because I have MS and it was the best accommodation I have ever had. The shower was really great for accessibility and the bed was comfortable and not to high so I actually had an easy time getting in, and that usually never happens. The included breakfast was really good great variety well stocked. Hotel was very clean and the staff super friendly. Great experience would stay here again

Staff was amazing! They need to improve on their toiletries...for example, the toilet paper still has bark in it. I was in the south tower and the bathtubs are designed for little people, the shower head was face level. The air vents by the elevators are disgusting too. The amount of dirty in them makes you wonder when the last time the ventilation system was cleaned. The security camera that faces the parking lot is aiming to the sky instead of the actual parking lot. Perks, the restaurants in the hotel are great and the staff are awesome!!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. It was our anniversary so when we arrived our room wasn't quite ready, (we requested an early check in), so the upgraded us to a suite because that was ready. They gave us a plate of chocolate covered strawberries and treats with an anniversary card. When we went to The Office for dinner we recieved 2 glasses of complimentary champagne and when finishhed a complimentary dessert. It all was amazing. And the Lady at the front desk was sweet. Thank you for an amazing experience for our 29th anniversary ❤️.

Staff was excellent, efficient and friendly. I was quickly checked in and got to my room which was clean, quiet and comfortable. They are in the midst of renovations (July 2025) but I was not disturbed by noise or mess. They were also very forthcoming about the days and times the window washers would be there and reminded guests to close their curtains. My only complaint, which is not really one, is that the newly renovated rooms have a giant frosted glass 4 x 4 foot window between the shower and the main room instead of a regular wall. This could be an issue if you don’t want to disturb your partner with the light at night or early morning. Overall, extremely good experience and worth the price.

Its a decent hotel I over all, hallways seem dark and the buissness lvl was under construction but i didnt know till after booking. Ice machine was loud.
