We had a wonderful stay at the Pomeroy Hotel and truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. A special commendation goes to Zarah at the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made a big difference and set the tone for our entire stay. rooms were alright found a large bug on the floor kids were to scared to sleep in the room so switched with my mom. hot tub was amazing pool needs to be abit warmer though getting into cold water in the winter isn’t fun, food was 100% was so delicious
