Room was clean. Service was below par. The front desk staff was not good. Not helpful. I ordered food at the bar and was very unhappy with it. The pool and hot tub were both cold and couldn’t make use of either. For a hotel that prides itself on being so great I was unimpressed. Oh and there were dirty dishes left in the hall by the elevator on our floor for two days. I’m sure housekeeping walked by at some point and could have taken them. Rather unsanitary. Rooms had barely any light and old fixtures. Definitely needs updating

As always, the Pomeroy is a reliable hotel and you know what you’re getting. The housekeeping and dining room staff are always friendly, and the front desk helpful. Location (beside the mall) is convenient too!

Not that I didn't like the hotel, better signage of where the lobby is would have been nice as we drove around the building looking for signage and found a side door with lobby over the door and that was a ways away. So if your looking for the lobby, its across from The Office restaurant and that is clearly marked on the interior over the door but does not indicate Lobby.

I was released from the hospital early and it was 1 am. I called the hotel to ask about a room and asked how to get in the hotel since it is atter hours. The female night shift staff was sarcastic on the phone and unfriendly when 8 arrived. Notmally staff here is excellent
