The staff were wonderful. The food was good. The atmosphere was different because it’s being used as an additional college dormitory, which I would have stayed somewhere else. The building is very old and dated.

The hotel was nice overall. They were very welcoming at the front desk. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was also a nice selection available for the free continental breakfast. The hotel itself, however, was very dated and in need of a fresh renovation. The bathroom was also very small. We have stayed at two other hotels in the area and would stay here again if it were the cheapest option of the three.

The hotel needs some upgrades. I have stayed in plenty of Drury Inns. This was the worse one I have stayed in. The small in the hallway was terrible.

Unfortunately, the pool, hot tub and 2nd elevator were out of service this stay. We stay here evertime we go to Greensboro, for the pool/hot tub so that was a disappointment. Also, a college in the area was having to house some students at the hotel so it was very noisy and crowded at times. They also had an overnight security guard and Greensboro police officer this time around so I'm not sure what that was about.

Staff was very friendly, food was good and the room was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Family Trip

Family trip to visit NC Zoo. Our experience from check-in through check-out was exceptional! Loved the breakfast and Kick-back dinner...no need for outside dining and the daily "adult beverage" vouchers were really appreciated. A big thank you to ALL staff at Drury Inn Greensboro, you are the definition of hospitality❣️
