My choice stay for GBO

I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel not only had breakfast but also had evening meals for free. The kitchen staff was incredibly friendly.

Older property. Pool was gross, hot pool had hair and lent and lots of chlorine. Breakfast was OK, I’ve stayed in other Drury before and their breakfast was always more than the typical eggs, sausage waffle maker, this place was no different so that was disappointing. Staff was OK, breakfast staff was kind, front desk not very friendly, did not greet us at anytime. I would select a different hotel next time.

Enjoyed My Stay

This hotel is in the perfect location if you’re attending any Greensboro Coliseum events. It has lots of restaurants that you can walk to. It is in good condition. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was big and it was cleaned well. The carpet in the halls need to be cleaned or replaced. The legs on the armchair in the room had quite a few dings and the toilets were the low sitting ones. Loved the shower head though. So some upgrades would help but it was a decent place to stay and the cost was reasonable.

We stayed at this hotel since it was very convenient to the First Horizon Coliseum which was a huge key. When you arrive, the staff was very nice and the hotel has dinner (which really didn't have any good options), 2 free drinks (which can be alcoholic) and very good and a soda machine that's open until 9 PM. We're not soda drinkers any more so we didn't use the machine. In the morning, they have a hot breakfast (which was less than par) and a drink machine (the Citrus Drink was awesome). Lastly, they have both an indoor and outdoor pool but it's not supervised and with a lot of loud children and cold water, it wasn't as enjoyable as I would've liked. The sauna was out the second day we stayed. My wife heard a lot of noise coming from across the street at the Waffle House but I slept right through it. Overall it was a 4 and better pricing may have made it a 4.5

the breakfast buffet was good and always well stocked. The evening Hors d' Oeuvres plus two drinks other than the time was an added bonus (we arrived at 7:00pm and missed the first night and we were in town for ACC basketball and the games start times prohibited us from making one of the nights).

Highly recommended

Amazing breakfast and amazing customer service . We enjoyed the room also; the only negative would be the pillows . Way too soft and no firmness but I’m aware that everyone has their own preference . Would highly recommend it . Great location and plenty to eat nearby !
