One of the best resorts ive been to! Team was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful- big kudos to Keenan, Amir, Shavy, Lesroy for their amazing energy throughout my stay Beach is beautiful and clear, one side with clear sand for swimming and another side is more rocky around three feet in good for snorkeling There are three bars on the beach so its super quick to grab drinks, and the beach team brings water, snacks through the day. Two beachfront restos but I took advantage of the beach service more (from 12-5) I stayed in a newer guesthouse which was a 5min walk up, very spacious and clean, only improvement would be soundproofing. For properties further up there are constant shuttles that will take guests to their villas Was here for my birthday and absolutely loved my stay, highly recommend!

Our 3 bedroom villa was incredible. Views are amazing + the room was immaculate. The staff were some of the best I’ve encountered + I’ve travelled to many luxury properties. It was outstanding! Friendly, accommodating, always paying attention. Food was wonderful as well! Can’t say enough!

The only negative I'd mention is that although you can opt for the All Inclusive, you still get a bill for every meal and drink with a line item for tips. You dont pay for the meal or drink, but it seems tips are expected. We've been to many All Inclusives and none have done this.

Having to sign for every service from ice cream to single coke was very annoying. No tablet in room and no internet until last night even though we were promised a fix for the next day after checking in. Lots of kids in adult pool including naked boy during water aerobics and wet diapers by chairs. (2 kiddie pools). Service around pool was usually poor as 3 people were usually in gazebo doing nothing. Breakfast was great, some meals were great, a couple mediocre.

Staff were all so kind and genuinely happy to be working there. We felt incredibly safe on the resort at all times the premise was clean and everything there just flowed you just showed up and everything was taken care of. It was a wonderful experience.

Our first time in St Lucia, the Windjammer Landing Resort was incredible. The amenities were amazing and the staff was helpful and courteous. A special shout to the ladies at the spa, Francisca and Bediana . Our greeter, John was so friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back, just a spectacular place.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The resort is beautifully located and well-maintained, offering wonderful views and a peaceful atmosphere. However, we experienced several issues that impacted our stay. The roof in our villa was leaking, and despite reporting it twice, it took two days before anyone came to wipe the kitchen floor. The refrigerator was also leaking inside. In addition, the Wi-Fi was down for two days, and although it was eventually repaired, the air conditioning in the living room remained non-functional until the day we left, despite two service requests. The manager initially offered us another villa with a noticeably worse view. When we declined, we were offered a $200 credit, which was later increased to $350. Unfortunately, this still felt insufficient considering that a single dinner for four at the resort costs around $400. Overall, while we appreciated the beauty and atmosphere of the property, issues of this scale should not occur in a resort of such prestige. A higher level of care and responsiveness from management would have made a significant difference in ensuring guest comfort.
