The area is super sketchy! I drove up from North Carolina because I was now stationed in Groton and needed a place to stay until my apartment was ready. I stayed in the room the entire time but paranoid that my car would for sure get broken into. This place needs a major upgrade and everything is super dated. Room was clean but everything looked old. Not a place I would thing the Wyndham name would be under. I’m finally in my own apartment thank goodness…..

Employees were nice and the other guests were too, but their concept of breakfast was nutrigrain bars, juice and coffee. Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns in the carpet. All-in-all an acceptable place to stay, but far from “nice.”

The worst stay at any hotel ever

Amanda Riley was nice and helpful. However the rest of the hotel was an absolute dump. I got the impression it is used for section 8 housing. The place smelled of weed. I believe I saw a drug deal. The carpet in my room had a hole. The blankets had burn holes in the, one could only assume were from cigarettes. The Big Texas cinnamon rolls they had for breakfast were stale. The bathroom sink had burn marks on it and held up with exposed plywood. The parking lot is a junkyard. There were 9 inoperable vehicles in the parking lot that you could tell from the debris on them that they had not been driven in a long time. I woke up early and went downstairs to get a cup of coffee. There was no one to be found. Finally after about a half hour a guy showed up behind the counter and I asked about coffee. He told me 6:00. We didn’t even look up at me and spoke in a very non pleasant tone. His name is Angel. He seemed like a very disgruntled employee. Oh yeah, the window curtain has holes in it and the carpet doesn’t seem to have seen a vacuum in quite some time. Especially between the nightstand and bed.

Would not recommend staying here unless you have too. Room was pretty beat up and dated. Staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. I don't get the throw size pillows for the bed though. The breakfast was a sad joke. To top it off when I left I saw a huge crap right behind my truck toilet paper and all.

Its included breakfast that's only cupcakes. No breads no milk. Service area is dirty, microwave inside dirty. Sink no soap for cleaning hand. Everything seems no setup. Even no tissue in service area😡. Ask reception, she said they don't have. Totally disappointed 😔

I would not recommend this to anyone. The floor in the room felt gritty under your feet, in order to get new towels you needed to bring the used ones to the front desk, the entire establishment smelled of cigarettes and weed. Breakfast consisted of 2 flavors of nutrigrain bars...no milk, no toast, no cold cereal, no fruit...

Good hotel room - great price.

Check in was smooth since Hotels.com had already designated the room - I was able to get the keys early. Nightstand lamp did not work - nor did the outlets on the lamp - we told the desk about it. Bathtub dangerously slippery because they put the shampoo and body wash containers opposite the faucet so it left slippery substance all over the tub bottom. If they had installed those on the same side as the faucet and showerhead (like other hotels I have gone to) - the water would rinse the residue away. Bed was fine, pillows fine, small refrigerator also nice.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed at! Room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Cigarette burns on carpet, cabinet between beds was a shell with no drawers, fan in bathroom noisy and hanging down. Lots of abandoned cars in parking lot, I bet this is one of CT’s Governors homeless hotels! If I didn’t pre pay thru Expedia, I’d been gone at checkin. I’m very surprised this is even listed on Expedia! Not happy!! Never Again

Cleanliness is non existent here the elevator has not been mopped since we got here and is sticky the room had broken desks lamps the lobby smells like smoke they dont vaccum the hallways when i got to our room i had asked for the beds to be made n the floor to be vaccumed on the 14th the did vaccum the floors but left the beds un touched when no personal belongings were on them the room smelled like mold when we first walked in when i came to check in at 745 pm a lady called me a hr before and i told her we would be there at that time i waited for 15minutes called the phone twice and no one was around till i called the main line to book reservations and complained ive never stayed at such a ran down hotel before the pictures on expedia were nothing like what the room looked like
