The price was great for executive room with two double beds. But the bathroom window was broken and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly ( not cool enough). The hallway light came through the bottom of the front door, like it was too short. So I put a towel to cover it. The next day I asked for a different room and got it. By the way I was on the sixth floor, room 6012. And the noise was coming from outside the avenue, lot of cars and motorcycles. Already past midnight!.

It was not as pictured. Stains on sheets and towels. Towels stiff and falling apart. Stains on ceiling and carpet. Bathroom urgently needs remodeling. Definitely not as pictured. Canceled both my reservations and was charged a fee for one of my rooms due to cancellation. Staff was somewhat pleasant just had me wait until management came to see if I could cancel. Ultimately Expedia was able to waive some of the charges but did lose money.

We were put on a floor that was not remodeled at all and our rooms were not clean. The bedding in both rooms were stained. We called and they didn’t have anyone to come switch out the linens. Until the next day. We accidentally got off on another floor and that floor was completely renovated and super clean. Not sure how they choose which floor to put you on but our floor looked liked the back hallways of the hotel. If you’re going to book here, make sure you ask to be put on a renovated floor. I didn’t know they had to.

Apartment was very nice. Arriving late our first night, the neighborhood was a little concerning. We got used to it after staying two weeks there and came to like the neighborhood security was 24 seven and we felt good about our choice.

Overall stay was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the toilet most of the trip which was a bit of an inconvenience but nothing major. Our room key stopped working at least once per day at inconvenient times which was a hassle. Staff helped us fix it each time but it was a bit annoying having to go all the way up, find out it doesn’t work again, and come all the way back down to get it fixed especially at night after a long day. The room was clean and front desk and cleaning staff were amazing. Area is ok no problems there close to plaza de mariachi and La Catedral. Recommend for a shorter stay like 3 or so days but a week or more maybe something more comfortable
