Great Hotel!

I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Occidental. It is well located, right in the historic center near sights, restaurants, shops, and transit. My room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will absolutely return my next time in Guadalajara.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is perfect - very central. My room was large and very clean. WiFi worked very well. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. I will certainly stay here again!

Unfortunately it’s not in a good area, the noise is unbearable and the rooms are completely outdated. The staff was nice and everything seemed clean. Keep in mind no air conditioning either

The only good thig is becouse is in the center of Guadalajara, but at night is a lot prostitución outsite the street and i feel unsafe to walk around the street. I just shower and check out.

Es un hotel con unas instalaciones muy antiguas. Sin embargo, a pesar de que no es lo más moderno del mundo, está limpio, son atentos y ya tienen cámaras, luces automáticas en los pasillos, etc. Es un hotel familiar y limpio y super bien ubicado. Algo malo también es que el estacionamiento está cerrado, o sea hay que bajase del auto avisar que está uno ahí afuera y hasta que salgan a abrirle.

Hotel que tiene ya sus años que necesita una remodelación para ser más adecuado a una estancia placentera .la zona es extraña debido a que por las noches es sola aún viendo céntrica es insegura por tener al rededor personas en situación de calle y zona cercana de adicciones si para ti es importante salir tranquilo y no te gusta lidiar con el entorno verás que solo callendo la noche se transforma el área a sola y zona roja
