The room was tiny but clean. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was great. The room was not serviced so our bins were overflowing, beds not made. Only bath towels supplied, no tissues or any extras. The breakfast was great, and the staff were lovely.

Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was tiny with no real floor space and breakfast very poor selection. I don't mind paying London prices but this hotel did not offer value for money by any stretch of the imagination. Can't in good concience recommend I am sorry to say.
Clean and modern hotel, very small rooms though, could do with being just a touch bigger. Liked the complimentary breakfast fast check in and check out. A drinking water refill station would be a great addition

The room was the size of a shoe box. My husband and I had to take turns walking around so we wouldn’t bump into each other . We were woken up EVERY flipping morning by construction work two rooms down. 6:57 , 7:O3 . the entire time stay . I do have to say , the staff were very nice but overall the experience sucked .

Pros - 12-15 min walk to liverpool st undergound station/easy access to other lines.
cons- "air conditioning" listed - but you can't adjust up or down at all. claustrophobic/stuffy- esp in room without windows/during heat wave in london. cleaning is only every 4th day of stay!! while listed "as request"

Fairly noisy throughout the night.
All the buttons and switches (air con/ lighting etc) were difficult to work and didn’t seem to be responsive. I couldn’t switch the air con off.
Hotel is in a great location and the facilities are good for the (London) price - the hotel is great although the bedrooms are a bit 'cozy' so only share with someone you love or like!!
For the price, very friendly, helpful staff and location I would stay here again, . . . .park at the NCP car park which is a 5 minute walk, it is by far the best price option!!

Hotel usually very good but there was no AC and the room was around 35 degress.
