This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The expectations on a 5 stars hotel is high, and Sheraton Guangzhou took it further. Stayed in the club room, the services provided in the club lounge was spotless. Travelled with my elderly parents and coincidentally affected by typhoon Ragasa. The crisis management of the hotel was beyond expectations. Hotel staffs took great care of the guests, with more than expected selection of food in the club lounge, knowing that guests would not be able to travel out for dinner. The hotel gave us late check-out without asking because of my delayed transportation. Special mention to Jenny, who went the extra miles when I needed help with extended stay. For a 5 stars hotel, the high-quality hardware is expected. What makes it different from the rest is the service staffs, and Sheraton Guangzhou did just that to make it a league above the others!

Hotel staff Sanny Chen and Zero Chang provided truly exceptional service during an incredibly stressful time when our flight was canceled due to a typhoon. Amid the chaos of flight rebooking, city lockdowns, and the urgent need to extend our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a secure place to stay and helped us swiftly with all essential arrangements.
