The hotel is centrally located, many restaurants and stores nearby without needing to go through traffic. The family suite is great, as kids had their own bedroom with individual beds, and their own bathroom. Food in the hotel is good, many options available. The service is excellent, staff are very welcoming. Hotel has free parking with restricted access.

Hotel was great all around. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, our room was clean and the hotel itself was very modern. The only takeaways I would have are 1 day the room service came around 830am which was a bit early for us, and second is nobody really speaks english at all excluding the people that work the front desk (which is to be expected I guess). It wasn't easy trying to order food from the restaurant due to the language barrier. Overall an excellent choice of hotel close to the airport.

Very comfortable near the airport

Our family room was huge! It was very comfortable, perfect for after a long day of travel. Convenient location for the airport, but not much within walking distance. The restaurant breakfast is great. I recommend adding it to the reservation since there are not many restaurants nearby. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Tuve una experiencia muy insatisfactoria con este hotel. Realicé una reserva a través de Expedia, pero debido a la cancelación inesperada de mi vuelo, no pude viajar a Guatemala. Me comuniqué con el hotel apenas cinco minutos después de confirmar la reserva para solicitar una cancelación, pero se negaron rotundamente, sin mostrar ninguna comprensión o disposición para ayudar. Lo más frustrante fue que no ofrecieron ningún tipo de reembolso, ni siquiera por las noches no utilizadas. El hotel simplemente responsabilizó a Expedia, sin asumir ningún compromiso en la resolución del problema, a pesar de mis múltiples mensajes e intentos de diálogo. Este tipo de trato al cliente es inaceptable. La falta de flexibilidad, empatía y criterio comercial deja mucho que desear. No recomiendo este hotel y lamento profundamente haberlo elegido. Espero que Expedia tome nota de este tipo de conductas por parte de sus asociados.

This hotel was seized by the Public Prosecutor from the previous owners and the SAT (Federal Tax Administration) ran it for a little while before selling on. I have used this hotel since it was built and it was one of Must Stay hotels in CDGT. But now, the lobby has carpet (not clean), the A/C is disabled in the huge lobby and bar area, even the restaurant / breakfast area. No DND signs for doors. Room was entered multiple times without my consent and the A/C switched off. Both days at 7 in the morning someone (assuming housekeeping) entered my suite without knocking or announcing them my selves. I am Civil Servant and this lack of security has now made this hotel a no no because of our Information and Personnel Security policies. Also, the buffet breakfast was the worst I think I have ever had anywhere in the world. Even when the SAT were running it, breakfast was great and either buffet or menu. Oh, and pool no longer heated as the guy told me management said it was costing to much to run. And... Adriatika is no longer cheap or good value for money. They ask between $200-300 USD a night and for what. This was never the case when it opened up until C19. Not for me or my department anymore.

I enjoyed everything here, very safe, easy in and out parking. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service we had for breakfast was excellent, our waiter was awesome! Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with a little more than the basic needs. Me my wife and kids are very satisfied with the experience here at this property.
