This 1,355-square-foot home occupies one side of a duplex in the Plantation Cottages at Gulf Shores Plantation, a renowned beachfront community on the Fort Morgan Peninsula (the other side of the duplex, Plantation Place #H408B, can be rented as well; the entire duplex can be rented as Plantation Place #H408).

You and your loved ones will be an easy walk from multiple outdoor pools, a hot tub, a boardwalk to the white sand beach, the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, and a quick drive from Gulf State Park and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.

Texas comes to the beach

We had 14 people so we neede lots of space. We had 8 kids so it was a good place for a large group. The negative was the stairs we had to climb . It was three levels. The positive was the beach and pool was close. Also they were doing some siding work that hadn’t been completed yet

It was a good stay but could be improved

The location was great. Wifi was hardly working, no extra pillowcases for the pillows (and was told they would bring some and never did), the bed made such loud sounds when moving there was very little sleep in that bedroom. Couldn’t find knives for cutting meat, the microwave was not clean under the plate inside. The couch on once side was stuck on the rug on one side and literally blocking half of the living room. We finally got it to make more room. The pics showed bunk beds and we weren't notified that had been changed, we expected to have 3 kids in those rooms. Just making you aware of things I would want done better if it were me. We loved our time there and the layout of the duplexes was amazing.

Great Location..... BUT

This property is in a GREAT location, the set up of the condo fit our needs for the number of guests we had but there is ALOT of wear and tear on the walls, floors and on the beds. The manager that was on duty during our stay July 10-12 needs to be terminated for VERY, VERY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We would definitely like to stay there again but the manager and the cleanliness makes it questionable.

7 girlfriends all turned 50 this year!!!

We had such a great weekend!!!! Plenty of room for all us! A nice easy walk to the beachfront. Beautiful place !!

An amazing time spent.

Every summer we take a family vacation to spend time together. My grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The house we stayed in was perfect for us. We had pretty room for everyone as we are a total of 17. Access to the beach and pool were easy. Would definitely recommend Gulf Plantation duplexes. Looking forward to going back next summer.

A Delightful Stay

It was excellent for a large family and in the course of a week, though often at different times, we had twenty-four family members on site. All appliances were functional and we had no needs that were not met. We would be delighted to be able to rent the same property again. The online service and telephone service were very consistent and helpful.
