When we checked in reception said they can’t give me the room I booked due to plumbing issues. They gave me another room. The room was bigger than expected, but, beds were extremely uncomfortable, one of the worst in recent memory. Staff can use a little smile to make travellers feel welcomed. Hotel offers free breakfast— decent, I would say. Room amenities and utilities were good. The location of the hotel was great. It’s close to the harbour and has many great food options nearby. Be careful of parking. There’s no guaranteed slot. It’s first come first serve. So book the hotel considering the pros & cons.

Was made to stay at a different hotel. Requested a king size bed. Got two double beds. Head to Uber costing me an extra $50 in unnecessary cost due to the hotel I was pushed in was not in the downtown core. Overall it ruined my Valentine's night with my partner.

Everything was beautiful, however, you're microwave door when a person opens it it barely clears the fridge door, i jammed my finger while opening the microwave door, the finger doesn't require medical attention however it was cut and bruised, we probably will stay there again, i just suggest this one thing could be assessed and possibly corrected, it would be easy for you to try it yourself, thank you
