"Das Zimmer entsprach den auf der Website dargestellten Fotos nicht. Dieses Zimmer ist zudem in den öffentlich zugänglichen Bildmaterialien des Hotels nicht abgebildet.
Auf unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnte kein adäquates Lösungskonzept angeboten werden. Ein Mitarbeiter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Fotos auf der Website bereits aktualisiert worden seien, die Renovierungsarbeiten jedoch nicht in allen Zimmern durchgeführt wurden."
