Great hotel *****

This is a great hotel. It's a 30-40 minute walk from the train. The harbour area is very cool, which is 10-15 minutes away. The facilities at the hotel were great; with the coffee/tea machine downstairs a nice touch. The only downside is that it's based right on a very main road and our air con machine didn't work; so sleeping wasn't great. Sure this was a one off though.

First class customer service!!

We had a lovely stay at Citadines. We where given an upgrade as we where celebrating our anniversary and we returned to our room later in the day there was champagne an chocolates waiting for us. This is a very comfortable immaculately clean hotel in a great location, would definitely stay again.

Erster Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft, aber nicht der letzte. Ja- man kann die U Bahn hören und spüren. Dafür ist der Preis aber in Ordnung. Ich war auf dem zweiten OG, ich will nicht wissen wie man das auf dem ersten OG spürt. Erneut würde ich mindestens im 2. OG buchen. Zimmer gross und schön, eher festes Bett für mich perfekt, feste Kissen für mich ein Traum.
