Excellent location right by main train station but despite this not too noisy. We were able to check in earlier than advertised and the room was a good size with everything you needed and nice and clean, a little warm for us, so we simply opened the window! Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of hot and cold food and drinks, and the best part of the holiday was the complimentary travel card allowing full access to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and buses all around the city. If we return to Hamburg we would definately stay here again.
