Absolutely loved our stay at Royal Palace Hotel in Vietnam! Miss Jenny went out of her way to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and Miss Sulli provided consistently friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. The staff really made the experience special, and we left feeling relaxed and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.

The location is amazing, we could even walk to train Street with two young kids from here. On weekends the area around the lake is free from cars and we had the best time exploring from the hotel. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. The family room was great for family of 2 adults 2 kids, the bath tub in the adults room is really awkward though so we only used the shower in the kids room. We absolutely loved our stay here. The pool was shallow and tiny, but the kids enjoyed for an hour or so in the middle of the day when it was too hot to be outside.

Personnel sympathique, le personnel a tout organisé, par exemple. Transfert depuis et vers l’aéroport, visites à la baie d’Ha Long, Sapa et les petites choses comme la lessive. . Très utile. Emplacement parfait pour les touristes. Chambre pas grande mais juste ce qu’il faut pour les voyageurs en solo, prix parfait aussi. Je reviendrai certainement.

It was an amazing experience being in Hanoi but i couldn't of done it without the staffs help at Royal palace. There welcoming faces every morning and their service made my trip 10x better. I stayed at Royal palace for 2 weeks and i wouldn't have it any other way. Highly recommend you to give it a go. thank you to all the staff

We had to arrange a place to stay within the day due to bad weather at Ha long Bay. For a very decent price this hotel was more than satisfactory. We arrived after 10PM, our room got upgraded for free as we requested 2 beds instead on 1 double. The room is super clean and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was not traditional vietnamese, but a good reminder of home after time away.

Nine Australian University student and myself spent 2 weeks at 'The Royal Palace Hotel' in Hanoi. From the moment we were met at the airport to tearful good-byes (the students cried! ), we were made welcome in every way possible. From money exchange, SIM card replacement, recommendation and organization of tours, we could not have wanted for more. Thank you Royal Palace -I will be back in 2026.

L’hôtel est bien situé, la plupart des sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied. Je ne peux pas assez louer le personnel, ils parlaient tous un anglais brillant et ils ne pouvaient pas faire assez pour nous aider. Ils nous ont aidés à réserver une excursion dans la baie d’Ha Long et quand la compagnie de croisière a déclassé notre chambre, ils ont été très serviables et nous ont obtenu un surclassement dans une chambre avec jacuzzi ! Ils nous ont également aidés à réserver des billets de bus pour Hué. Ils nous ont aidés avec tout, des indications aux conseils pour nous dire où manger et faire du shopping et nous n’avons même pas eu à demander l’aide qu’ils offraient toujours ! Ils ont rendu le voyage à Hanoi très agréable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Les chambres étaient charmantes avec une bonne connexion wifi, nous avons fait une bonne affaire sur Expedia.

I love this hotel because of the personnel there, who will help a customer with absolutely anything. The location is definitely unbeatable, right in the middle of the old quarter it is within walking distance of the city's major tourist attractions like the Temple of Literature and Hoan Kiem lake as well as major shopping opportunities. I stayed at this hotel for an extended period in August 2024, and have been back for weekend visits twice since then. I have never been disappointed. The rooms are cozy, clean and include 4 star accommodations for prices of 3 star hotels. Also really enjoy the included breakfast. There's not many places I can say that about. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.

I loved my stay at the Royal palace, 95 Hang bông. The hotel is centrally located, the neighborhood couldn't be better, the front desk personnel are absolutely the best for everything you need. They books airport cars, taxis, tours and even translate to the taxi or phone call individuals if that is needed. I stay with them each year as I love Hanoi. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. If you decide to stay with them, book as far ahead as you can. The more advance notice, the better the price. And they are always cheerful as are most Vietnamese. The best stay, the best price and the best neighborhood.

We stayed 1 night in double room here after our ha long bay tour was canceled. We booked online however by the time we arrived the type of room we booked was no longer available so they gave us a free upgrade to the deluxe. Location in old quarter - very central. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty - try the club French toast! Would recommend staying here.

It is a small hotel situated very close to the Hoan Kiem area. The room was big enough for me with full bathroom facilities, restaurant, taxi service to and from the airport at a very reasonable price. IN the room I had air conditioned, huge TV, a very nice bathroom and a bed to die for! And the price, a mere $ 50.- per night! The Taxi to the airport only $ 18.!!!!! I already told them that I will be booking with them on my next visit to Hanoi before the end of the year.

We booked a medium range 4 star boutique hotel in old quarter and found the condition unacceptable. It was late for me and my family after 17 hour flight. We walked around and a local hotel receptionist took us to Royal Palace hotel because their hotel was fully booked. We were so happy that we didn't made to stay in our original arrangement. The 2 rooms we stayed in for 2 nights were fantastic. Clean, spacious, the staffs are FANTASTIC! The hotel even allow us to pay partial fee for an extended check out. As we speak, we are still in our room resting ( traveling with elder parents) before our flight departs tonight. Continental breakfast was fantastic as well. The few days we stayed they changed up the menu for variety.

All of the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. They booked taxis, pick-ups and buses for us. Did our laundry while we were away and stored our bags for us.
