We were warmly welcomed be the amazing staff, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The room was super spacious, and the bathtub was divine. The bed was firm yet comfortable, we slept soundly. We really enjoyed chatting with Jimmy and other amazing staff, who helped us so much with finding souvenirs that we wanted to bring home.

Spacious room. Interesting decor throughout the hotel. Very friendly and attentive service. Jimmy was an amazing manager and hand wrote us personal arrival and departure letters. All the facilities we could hope for in our room. The location was perfect, close to all the places we visited frequently.

My room was really cosy and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after a long day in the bustling city of Hanoi. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were also extremely nice, welcoming and helpful at all times. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It was easy to explore the old town of Hanoi. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Our stay was quite pleasant and helpful to keep the trip going smooth and easy. A little bit effort is needed with cleanliness but staff helped us in every moment we requested. Breakfast had better options and location is right in the center of the town. Would recommend stay into this hotel.

The rooms are very clean, the food is rich. The hotel is near the walking street and Hoan Kiem Lake, very convenient for enjoying the breeze, watching the streets at night and a great thing is that there are a lot of snacks around.
