Es un hotel pequeño, pero recibimos un servicio excelente, desde el registro de entrada y salida hasta el desayuno buffet y todo lo demás. Staff here are very friendly. The room is very clean and spacious . It was easy to connect with the hotel via WhatsApp for pick up from airport. Sad that I had to stay only one (1) night as I had to leave to Sapa the next day. They even prepared me a breakfast before my early morning departure to Sapa. Will definitely come back to this hotel for sure. No regrets and it’s Highly Recommended to stay here.

We got the family room, very spacious and so clean, the bathroom is spacious as well. Good choice for a family of 4. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, it's not as cheap as the other boutique hotels of course but you'll for sure get your money's worth.

Excelente servicio por parte del personal. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos ofrecieron una bebida de bienvenida y luego el personal nos mostró la habitación personalmente. Cuando nos fuimos al aeropuerto, el personal estaba en la puerta para despedirnos. El desayuno fue bueno, con una variedad de opciones. Excellent service from the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were served a welcome drink, then shown to the room personally by the staff. When we left for the airport, the staff was there at the doorstep to send us off. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. And, the staff there were courteous and helpful, serving customers with a cheerful tone and politeness. The room was spacious. Even the bathroom was big which is quite rare for small hotels. Location is great. Situated in the Old Quarter but at the less chaotic corner.
