I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place. The amazing staff here goes above and beyond every single time. I honestly cannot wait to return back. The rooms were always so clean and the staff was always so friendly. Anytime I needed anything, the wonderful team at reception always pointed me in the right direction from places to eat to pharmacies to shopping. The gentlemen always waiting outside in the taxis and helping me out were great, as well as the gentlemen’s opening the doors when I was carrying too many things or helping me walk as I was recovering from an injury. Also, a big thanks to the spa team for always providing the best service. I cannot wait to bring our entire family back. Thank you so much for providing me and my family with such beautiful memories.

From the moment I arrived at the Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel, I was treated like the only guest in the world. The staff went above and beyond in every way – they knew my allergies ahead of time, greeted me warmly throughout the day, and even called to check in and ensure everything was perfect. The room was beautifully designed, bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it most days. They thoughtfully arranged all of my transportation, offered excellent recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and shopping, and made sure I felt supported at every moment. The spa experience was truly rejuvenating – a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. What really sets this hotel apart is the impeccable service. It was sometimes quite noisy, and it could be heard through the windows. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, with by far the best service professionals. Amazing. Just amazing. Everything is incredible. Clean as a whistle, super attentive, great food, etc. I could go on and on, but I give the place 10/10. They even gave us parting gifts on the way out, because that's how great they are. I would absolutely go back and would highly recommend this place to anyone to stay.

Hotel is in a great location in the Old Quarter and service was excellent…. Rooms r well appointed… Rachelle at reception was friendly, helpful and always accommodating…would definitely stay here again when I come back…cant recommend this hotel enuff!
