This was a fairly nice stay for a couple of nights. The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms and the building itself definitely need some updates. Thankfully we were on the 5th floor because the 1st and 2nd floors smelled of cigarette smoke due to a lot of people smoking outside.

Our party of 3 booked two separate rooms, but were given a single room with a fold-out sofa. Front desk staff could not resolve it, and we're awaiting a reaponse from the hotel. They also had no record of the guest who tried checking-in right before us. He had to provide his paperwork as proof of the reservation.

Veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale, fine rom, grei frokost og beliggenhet med nærhet til det meste.. men MYE bråk! Både fra andre rom, og vi ble holdt våkne halve natta pga støy fra nærliggende utesteder. Dette gav seg riktignok nærmere 0330, så om du er blant de som vanligvis ikke sover på dette tidspunktet - er dette hotellet perfekt for deg.

Rommet var rent. Beliggenheten er perfekt. Komforten hadde vært bedre dersom det hadde vært en kaffemaskin på rommet, og at sengene satt fast i hverandre. Jeg synes resepsjonisten var veldig behjelpelig med å finne et annet rom til meg enn det som var tildelt først. Det var ingenting galt med rommet, men jeg ønsket en annen plassering. Det jeg savner ved utsjekk er å bli spurt om jeg har hatt det bra, og bli ønsket velkommen tilbake en annen gang. Det har jeg savnet alle gangene jeg har bodd på Grand i Harstad de senere år.
