Cabin smelled like cigarettes. Air vents were not serviced and spit dust. Excellent property. Would be a great place to stop if the room smelled clean and free of smoke.

Rundle Chalets

Adorable little cabin! Reminded me of the cottage I grew up going to. Right down to the windows and drapes. Only wish stores and restaurants were within walking distance.

Our stay at Rundle Chalets was excellent. The place is cozy, clean, and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Its location in Harvie Heights is very convenient, just a short drive to both Banff and Canmore. Highly recommended!!!

Probably never again

The chalet we stayed in was falling apart. Other chalets around seemed just as bad. The bedding had holes, and the beds themselves are very old and leaning to one side. The whole place is in a desperate need of an overall apdate. Certainly not worth the $235 a night.

I liked the surroundings and the quiet. The staff were courteous. I would like to have had a bar of soap provided in the bathroom, but only a pump soap dispenser was provided. I would like to have had facecloths provided in the bathroom, but only bath towels and hand towels were provided. The bed in the bedroom filled almost the entire room. There was no room for a side table. I use a medical device (CPAP machine) during sleep that I normally place on a table beside the bed. There was no room for a table so I had to place my device on a chair in the doorway. Fortunately the hose from the device to me while I sleep was long enough for me to be able to use the device. Prospective guests should be informed that there may not be room for medical devices in the bedroom when they book a chalet.
