Cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack.. Enclosed, lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Come and discover the beautiful Retreat apartment, set within the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside on the owners 32-acre small holding. With distant sea views from your living room and patio area out across the St Brides Bay, and you can watch the sunset going down over Kite Mountain. There is also a stunning uninterrupted valley view down our own valley. You will find a paddock to exercise your furry friend and even pygmy goats to say hello to. Being rurally located gives you the chance to escape with your family and also to enjoy to St Brides Bay where you can visit Newgale Beach, Nolton Haven, Broad Haven and Solva along with being in easy reach of the historic cathedral city of St David’s. Newgale is approx a 5-minute drive which offers the ideal spot for keen outdoor enthusiasts with surfing, kayaking, fishing or enjoy sunbathing and building sandcastles with your family. There are also beach rides for beginners or experienced riders, along Nolton Have Beach.

Kite Farm has been recently built in 2021 to a very high standard and is attached to the owner’s home. The apartment holds lovingly furnished bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, high quality linens and comfy beds for a good night’s sleep. The large open plan living room/dining/kitchen focuses around the glass wall with French doors giving you the perfect sea views from your sofa, or if you prefer a glass of fizz on the patio area where you can watch the sunset over the sea. With these amazing views, dining al fresco is a great option with a barbecue and some fresh sea fish or you can cook that special meal in the well-equipped kitchen. For a cosy night in, snuggle up in front of the wood burner with a good book or movie.

Just 5 minutes in the car and you can visit the picture postcard harbour, cafés and restaurants of Solva, a pretty and quaint seaside village which can be seen en-route to St David’s. With its 12th century cathedral and medieval ruins of Bishop’s Palace that you can explore, along with many art galleries, gift shops, good choice of restaurants and traditional pubs specialising in local produce. Take a trip to Ramsey Island where you can take a sea safari expedition around the offshore island, cruising close to seabirds, seals and the occasional bottlenose dolphin. Beach 4 miles.
