Although the rooms were spacious and the gym was nice with great facilities, and convenient location, unfortunately the lobby and lift smelled like there was a sewerage leak which they have not rectified and could be smelled in the bathrooms. They did not seem to rectify the situation after a 3 night stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Metsari. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable, always happy to offer helpful local tips. As a solo queer traveler Metsari was amazing. The staff (knowledgeable and warm), room (balcony), location (central), and food (breakfast) was exceeded my expectations. Constantine, Mariam and Sofia (reception) answered all my questions patiently, with offering helpful suggestions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options in a relaxed, cozy setting. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. A very, well-run hotel with attentive service — I’d happily stay here again!!

Our spacious room is sound-insulated, making it incredibly quiet. Even with all the windows facing the atrium, we could barely hear anything. View is the restaurant on G/F and the public sitting area on 2/F. The hotel is conveniently located near the Kamppi Helskini bus terminal, just a 7-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. To access our room, we had to tap our room card in the lift. However, we were free to go up the stairs to the shared space on 2/F. When we checked out, we were given a guest card to store our luggage in a store room. Unfortunately, there were no further locks or lockers in the store rooms, so anyone with the luggage room card could access all the luggage. I think there may be some security issues here. Despite these minor issues, we had a great 2-night stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and is modern with good facilities, including a gym and sauna. The breakfast is also very good too. The only downside was that my room wasn't as clean as I expected when I checked in (crumbs on sofa and toilet not very clean).
