Unwind in the king bedroom, refresh in the modern bath with a full standing shower, and enjoy the clean, contemporary look of LVP flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in, and the living room features a large smart TV for cozy nights in.

Beach chairs, bikes, and beach gear are included, making this the ideal spot for a romantic retreat or relaxing beach getaway!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
Our customers tell us they can't get enough of the helpful staff at this condo building. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Coligny Beach. You'll find features like laundry facilities. The condo includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

We had a great getaway to Serenity By The Sea! The locations can’t be beat. Just steps to the ocean and an easy walk (or bike ride) to Coligny for plenty of dining and shopping options. Communication was top notch and the unit itself was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was great. Close to shopping and the beach. The only down side which couldn't be helped was the air-conditioning the room got hot at night. But with high temps and humidity putside we knew that was gonna happen. But i took a fan which helped a lot. We will definitely be back to this place. So covient to the beach and great places to eat and shop. We parked our car and walked everywhere.

Great location & stay

The location was wonderful - great views, easy in and out with ample parking, very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops are walkable as well. We didn't end up using the bicycles but the weather was perfect and we enjoyed the walks. The condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us and had everything we would need including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Communication was great and we had no issues accessing the unit. This was our first time to the area and we can't wait to go back - great first impression!!

Weekend Getaway

The condo is well equipped for our weekend! Its location is great for walking to the beach or to lots of restaurants and The Tiki Hut (live music on the beach). There was also a wine and food festival in the park that was in walking distance.
