The door to the room jams the toilet leaks and recycled to refill every 15min we asked for a front room as my wife has a hard time climbing stairs and I have copd ,we r 79 years old they put us in a outside room in the back of the building and on the top floor no elevator, long walk to to the front, breakfast started at 7 to 9 and only 2 small tables and a long line up waiting never again ,to expensive for what you get not friendly

There was nothing to like no cleaning the rooms for 2 days breakfast room had juice machine broken no sugar no creamer when ask answer was we don't have it for cleaning answer was we don't have house keeper so very poor when check out didn't even gave receipts said we will mail still no mail staff looked very un happy all the time no smile no hello

Staff is very friendly and they have high standard of cleanliness. Guestroom is renovated and extra large in size. Medium size refrigerator. Since my room is a kitchenette so it has stove top, cabinets and over the head huge microwave

Stay away!

The condition is not good, however we pressed on with the check-in. After see the rest of the hotel and we were given the keys to the wrong room. That room was already occupied and there were drugs on the table. We were offered the correct room, but at that point we didn’t feel safe and left without staying. They would not give us a refund.

Very good rooms clean everything was very good. Love the stay breakfast was very good. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. The recommended us very local attractions along with they were having a quite knowledge of the jasper to. We loved the day we will be back soon.
