Rooms definitely need to be upgraded, the doors don't seal and are very drafty. The extra lock for door was broken and unusable. Had to go in 3 times just to get checked in because worker had gone to get food and other shopping while supposed to be at work. Not sure who the person was watching the desk but they were not very available when I got there. Absolutely would not pay full price to stay here.

The wifi didn’t work, the shower only had ice cold water and they didn’t provide toilet paper. When trying to get help from the front desk the manager just left the building instead of helping me leaving me standing there for 20 minutes. Very unhelpful and unapologetic.

Room were very good cleanliness were pretty good of the rooms as expected from a Wyndham hotel standards were pretty high. Staff and services were pretty good overall experience very nice. Breakfast was very good. Different variety of food property have a huge parking parking spot for big vehicle and food places nearby.

had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Staff at first was very polite and helpful. We ended up being charged for 2 rooms when we only stayed in 1 then the polite and helpful was gone. Our Granddaughter who was a hotel manager for a lot of years tried to help us out. She was on the phone with Expedia and the people at the front desk for a very long time, time that should have been spent with visiting with our Granddaughter that we only get to see twice a year. In the end the mistake was corrected and the money for the second room was returned but a lot of visiting lost. Not very happy but the room was clean as was the common areas of the Hotel.
