location location location

Everythng about the hotel was great especially the exec room we had and the staff. The food was also great The roof top pool although small was good it could do with a few more sunloungers The location let it down

Gute Betten, gute Zimmerausstattung ua mit Kettle und Tee- und Kaffeeportionen, individuell steuerbare Klimaanlage, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet ua mit Omette-/Eierservice, Afternoon-Tea von 15-17 Uhr in der Lobby, schönes Rooftop mit Pool

Genial, ist die Tea-Time von 15.00 - 17.00 Uhr welche inklusiv ist. Eher schlecht zu bewerten sind die ringhörigen Zimmer sowie die schlechten Fenster, durch welche man den Lärm der Strasse hört als hätte es keine Fenster.

Vrai 4 étoiles super agréable

Pros: accueil , position centrale , personnel , propreté , petit déj , piscine et terrasse pour soirée ; Réassort eau , savon , produit hygiène

Cons: tout semble très bien ; le seul hic : quelques chambres sans fenêtres ( donc calmes ) mais oppressant suivant le client : changement de chambre ok

Location: central , food market , palais de réunification , ben thenk market ( jour et soir )

hôtel 4 étoiles central , très propre , Personnel réception bilingue , très réactif et souriant . Petit déj très copieux avec du chaud et froid , du salé et du sucré . Gouter entre 15h et 17h très agréable ( salé et sucré ) Térrasse + piscine au 13 étage avec music d'ambiance ,bar tranquille et carte honnête pour diner ; Prix agréable

Sehr zentrales Hotel mit gutem Service

Pros: Lage, Service, Frühstück, Nachmittagsbüffet

Das Hotel befindet sich zentral in Saigon direkt hinter dem Ben Thanh Markt. Bereits der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und der gute Service zieht sich in allen Bereichen des Hotels durch. Die Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, der Zimmerservice kommt sogar abends vorbei und fragt nach, ob man noch etwas zusätzlich braucht. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und nachmittags gibt es sogar ein kleines Buffet, welches ebenfalls sehr gut ist. Alles in allem ein absolut empfehlendwertes Hotel!

Zentrales Hotel

Pros: Lage, Service

Cons: Sauberkeit

Absolut zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt hinter dem Ben Thanh Market. Wir hatten bereits mehrere Male in dem Hotel gebucht und hatten diesmal das Pech, ein etwas abgenutztes Zimmer zu erhalten, in dem sich auch noch Mini-Ameisen tummelten. Der Zimmerservice hat jedoch gleich reagiert und Insektenspray versprüht, dennoch hat es den guten Gesamteindruck doch etwas gemindert. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend, der Service lässt sich kaum toppen. Frühstück und Hi-Tea waren sehr gut und immer abwechslungsreich.

Excellent hotel

An excellent hotel: location, quality of staff, service, cooking of breakfast. The only shortcoming would be the presence of mites. The bedsheets are washed everyday but it is not sufficient to eradicate mites'eggs. I stayed 6 nights in an executive room and windows could not be really wide opened. The only antidote against mites is the air, the Sun and a specific product against mites.

Gradnioses Hotel sofern man ein Familyzimmer nimmt

Pros: Teatime

Cons: Nein.

Location: Das Hotel befindet sich nur ein paar Fußminuten von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Darunter die "Notre Dame"

Sehr guter nicht aufdriglicher Service. Das Frühstück und die Teatime sind alleine ein Grund wieder in das Hotel zu gehen. Hinzu kommt der nette Pool mit einem fantastischen Blick.
