Overall the hotel is location in a good area , walking distance to many D1 attractions . Rooms were clean . However , our room was never make up even when we put make up room at 930am and cam back to the hotel around 230pm. Staff were helpful and allow a later check out based on availability

Room is tiny, my room is closed to the end with an angle wall that made the room ven smaller. Bathroom is not functional, water all over the floor when shower, toilette does not flush well, took few times. Breakfast started 6am, 8am some food already run out. We paid extra for executive room, it was not worth the money. The evening cocktails food was strange, not enjoyable. Staff are nice except for the first night. Good location.

Overall stay was decent. Was staying at level 17 and the pillows needs to be changed. Also the toilet door seems to be misaligned (hard to close). Breakfast was as expected.. toaster is BAD.. very uneven toasting

We rented 3 rooms at 2 different times on our trip. Both times all rooms were excellent. Everything was clean, neat and in working order. The staff was very pleasant, welcoming and attentive to our needs. The location is in a great location and within walking distance of some great attractions and night life. Highly Recomended

Lounge Floor - it is constantly missing something: food, gin, plates, forks, mugs, wine classes, Coffee cups, you name it. Sure - not all at once, but some of them all the time, to my mind clearly a missing management issue. Single workers always polite ans helpful - but the common "we do" attitude is missing. What stands out: Friday evening xemale persone. She proactive asked if some would like to have more wine in the table. Simple gesture of service, but it was la King all previous evening.
