The Space:
Welcome to your perfect family retreat at our brand new South Topsail building, encompassing the entire property with three spacious units! The top floor is an expansive 4-bedroom, 2-bath haven featuring enormous decks that invite both relaxation and breathtaking views of the area. The two downstairs units are thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 1-bath homes, each with cozy porch swings and pavered sitting areas, making them the ideal spaces to unwind after a day at the beach. The huge backyard offers ample room for activities, with plenty of parking for all your family and friends. Just a short walk of less than 500 feet will take you to the beach access, while the lovely South Topsail Boardwalk is only 1/4 mile away.
Inside the top unit, guests are welcomed into a grand living room adorned with comfortable couches and lounge chairs, complemented by a large 55" Roku smart TV for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen, conveniently located around the corner, features a dining table that seats up to 8, making it perfect for family feasting. Enjoy your meals outdoors on the spacious back deck while using the grill for some delicious barbecue. The top unit houses four bedrooms, including a queen bedroom with its own TV, another queen bedroom sharing a bathroom, and a bunk room that sleeps four for the kids. You will also find a full bathroom, as well as a washer/dryer for added convenience.

Each unit features a delightful pavered sitting area with a cozy porch swing, as well as comfortable couches and a 43" Roku smart TV. The second bedrooms are equipped with functional bunk beds, accommodating even larger groups, along with stackable washer dryers for ease of use.

The Neighborhood:
South Topsail is an amazing, laid-back community that prides itself on it's beautiful beaches and family friendly atmosphere. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones! We're a hop, skip and a jump from the downtown/boardwalk area which has a part, shopping, restaurants and ice cream. We're also very close to the Jolly Roger pier and the missile museum. Surf City is a short drive away. Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.
