Halekulani is truly a five star property. The staff are great. The service is top-notch. The food was excellent. Also like the location on the water but away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping district. It is a very well run property. We were very happy to have stayed there on our recent visit to Waikiki.

I just want complain my reservation was partial view ocean room ! When arrived check in counter they said my room is face garden no ocean view ? If I want partial ocean view one day need extra charge $100 per day ! That is unfair but at the moment I don’t have choice paid $100 extra per day to have partial ocean view ! I need Expedia explain to me !
