The room was clean. Although the hotel was busy…. The staff was excellent and obviously well managed as they handled the volume of people very well. We stayed on the 30th floor and the elevators struggled to keep up at times but we planned for it.

Breakfast compared to other Holiday Inn Express’s was subpar. Food often cold and extremely crowded. Same egg every day. Same turkey sausage then some other random odd meat. One day was mini hotdogs.

The staff was very friendly & efficient even when overrun with teenagers staying for The Pearl Harbour parade. The room was clean, bed comfortable. I had read in reviews that the room was small but didn’t realize how small until we checked in. It was adequate though. The air conditioner cooled well but was really noisy. Ear plugs at night solved that problem. The included breakfast had good selection & excellent restocking. The staff working at the buffet were friendly, efficient & very hard working! Good location for walking to restaurants, the beach & other attractions.

Everything was amazing. It was nice to be able to sign out beach towels for the beach. The pool was great, the hot tub and mini golf were great! Breakfast was good and had many options. The only thing I missed was cheese with the omelets or eggs. They even stored our luggage for us on our last day because we had an evening flight.
