I don't even know were to start .This suppose to be 4 star hotel, BUT ITS NOT !!!!!. We arrived pretty late its a very small , narrow hotel , we checked in ok, went to the room, the room was freezing 60 degrees .we put on the heating or we thought we did and we woke up many times middle of the nights trying to do rise the temperature of the room, nothing worked , we rang reception at 6 am saying its so cold in the room we cant do this (outside was cold too 29 F degrees ) they told me they gonna send someone up soon, the technician will start soon, I was waiting 2-3 hours - nothing. I went to the reception i was like guys come on I have to wear jacket in the room,the guys came over few hours later saying he needs to reset the system cos its not working. The general manager previously told me she went into the room and said i had it on the wrong setting - which was a lie! Next morning at the reception all staff was wearing winter jackets and hats, and the bartender just told us ,, oh we have heating problems for the past week- which means GM was lying to us!!nice. We paid nearly 3000 dollars for 3 nights and was horrible ,we wanted go to the bar on the roof top 2 nights in a row and was closed for private event , bar downstairs was closed too ha ha, We got a flu from sleeping in the cold, we asked reception for cup of hot water to mix the medicine in- they said they cant do it - i mean what 4 star hotel cant do hot water ?and the last the gym- please don't call that gym-

It's a nice room and the staff are great. However, the breakfast that came with my reservation was peopled by one person doing everything - it took forever and the service, despite the effort, was terrible. Checking out was even worse - checkout is at 11 but we were locked out of the room at 10:30 and couldn't get in after 3 trips to the front desk. It was finally fixed and the housekeeping staff were very kind but this is ridiculous for any hotel.

The rooms are tiny in this hotel. I hit my head on the shower head. Only one side of the bed has a bedside table. There is no closet. No way to open a large suitcase by the floor. One person could be fine in this but very tough with 2. Good housekeeping and air conditioning though.

It was excellent. I asked for no cleaning of the room for my 4 night stay, and I got what I asked for, and that is not always the case. I thought the hotel would have had my email address. I was texted for my email address from the hotel so that they could send me the receipt. Are they given my email address?
