The hotel staff is friendly and polite. I can honestly say the size of the room is quite small. This is what we would call a compact space, similar to a sleeper cart on a train. However, everything you need is in the room (refrigerator, coffee/tea machine, alarm clock, iron, and mini closet with clothes hangers).

The room was a bit tight, but it was clean, the staff were polite, the services were excellent, and the on site restaurant and bar were great. We spent a few days there over the holiday, and after finding the correct Hotel Indigo, the staff received us politely and quickly set up our accommodation. The room had everything we needed, but the floor space was a bit tight to get around the bed, and there was no dresser to arrange our things. But we weren't in NY for the hotels! We had breakfast in the downstairs restaurant and enjoyed the bar and lounge when we had time. Plus, they stored our luggage on the last day, which made our late flight more convenient.
