Room was clean and comfortable. There was a fun little happy hour in the lobby one of the nights we were there, with complimentary beer and wine. I liked the location too, close enough to get to Waikīkī on foot, but far enough away to feel less hectic

It was a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff was nice and attentive, especially the front desk team. They made the check-in process smooth and were always quick to help with any questions I had. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was wonderful, our room/s was so spacious and comfortable. We loved the patio hangouts. The only thing is it needed a little updating… the couch and curtains were somewhat dirty/soiled. Other than that, it was wonderful and we would definitely be back.

Overall, this was a lovely stay. The amenities in the suite are particularly great as a "home base" for older family members. Casual comfort is the key. Location is perfect, quiet and set just back enough from the main drag to still have quick access to all the shopping and beach fronts. Staff were attentive and friendly, room decor was on point. Will definitely come back for future family trips.

The bathroom was not clean. The grout in the shower had lots of mildews and the floor was not clean. We only had 3 bath or face cloths for 2 people for 4 days since that’s how long it is before they service your room. The pillows were super thin. Even if you put 2 of them together you still did not have a whole pillow. The remote to the Tv sporadically worked and the speakers on the tv were inaudible. The lobby was nice and had a very pleasant smell. The people were friendly.

They charge an amenity fees for things like “complementary” coffee. Give all fees upfront and be honest about charges. Add charges to stay so we know what we will pay. Tv, radio and bed are outdated. The metal hose in the shower was extremely rusty but other than that, the room was clean.They clean the room once every 3 days :/. The kitchen was pretty nice with all the cutlery, plates and pots already in room! The check in people were ok. The valet were cool peeps!
