NOOO MICROWAVE in our room. They refused to help me heat up our meal once we found out unless we upgraded our rooms! It was fine. But if ur by the elevator, you will hear it 24/7 Water refill stations only on bottom floors

We had a suite and it was amazing. The hallways smelled like Hawaiian magic lol. I’m pretty picky and this hotel IMO was nice and the staff were friendly. Super short walk to the beach and tons of shopping conveniently located. I’d go back there again.

Overall, it was a great trip. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed comfy. The ac didn’t feel as cold as I wanted but it was fine. Only bummer for me was the bathroom was really small and not as pictured online. But I got used to it. I hoped to get an upgrade since I checked the website the day of check in and prices for rooms was almost half what I booked. Really nice thing was a $50 credit at Apetio which I used for HH!
