We loved our stay at the hotel. Great location, free water in hallway and close to all restaurants, malls and grocery shopping. Rooms are nice, staff is very friendly and polite.

The main facilities were closed during our stay. The make good was to go to another Outrigger hotel a 10-minute walk away but the staff there were rude

Bathroom. Shower had no handhold or place to put soap or shampoo. Lighting behind mirror terrible—couldn’t see to do makeup. No mirror out in room. No microwave in room. No signs to show where things were. Took us 2 days to find the parking garage from the elevator.

Aloha! We had a great stay at Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel. It’s an amazing hotel - clean rooms, approachable and accommodating staff, great amenities. Location is very central which for me is perfect! 5 minutes away to the beach, steps to ABC stores, good fine dining restaurants within the complex. International Market Place is just 5 minutes walks. Good area with good food choices. Special thanks to the front desk for Jenny and Angie who were patient with us during our after midnight checked-in. Joyce on the 15th floor was very accommodating and helpful with our room needs. We enjoyed our stay, very clean and staff extremely nice and attentive. I booked two rooms and they were great. we encounter little troubles but nothing out the world. There was a short circuit trouble with the TV on one of the room and we weren't able to watch tv on the resting time, but its all good, they sent someone right away to take a look which it was good to know that they had someone on site to take care of thing asap. Restrooms are good just a little smaller than expected. not to comfortable for big people (with all due respect), just wanted to point it out as you can't see the shower sizes on pictures. We got the city view and we loved it. all was great and what I loved the most was that it was basically one block away from the beach. soooo accessible.. definitely recommend this hotel. not sure if you can see the ocean on the other side of the building as both of my rooms were city view.

The hotel is nice. The employees are very friendly. The room was so hot. Had someone come up and look into but found nothing wrong. My travel temp said it was 75*. Hotel has no place to buy a bottle of water or snacks. They did tell me I could go across the street to an ABC store. No information about what’s around or things to do. Pool was very cold no one was using it because of that so everyone was in the hot tub. There are a lot of hotels closer to the beach so look around. Most of the hotels in the area look really nice.

The sink in the bathroom is very small. It’s like a bit larger than a loaf pan baking dish. Every time I use it like washing my face or brushing my teeth, water is all over the place. The water is dripping on the floor. I have stayed in Japan and Europe. Yes their bathroom is small but their sink is a lot bigger than the one in Outrigger
