The exclusive, 20-story, (the unit is on the 11th) Colony Surf is near the base of Diamond Head and across the street from the huge Queen Kapiolani Park.
Kaimana Beach is literally in your back yard! (white sandy beach with no rocks!). You can swim with TURTLES often and occasionally spot a endangered Mond Seal sometimes with a new born pup.
The 'Gold Coast' is world renowned for its exclusive waterfront residential buildings. The neighborhood atmosphere, quiet, and a short walk from bustling Waikiki, appeals to local residents, longer stay visitors, and executives on assignment.
The suite is on the cooler side of the building facing south east and kitchen and bathroom facing Northwest. Windows on both the front and back of the studio allow the trade winds to blow through, providing a comfortable atmosphere on the warmest of summer days.
