Convenient location near the airport and highway. My key card sometimes did not work in the door lock. I had to get 2 new key cards. It took several tries to open and especially to lock the door. It was not explained to me that I needed to insert the key card in order to lock the door. I had to ask for help. The TV was difficult to use. TV went on to a sign into screen requiring a passcode, but none was provided. No instructions were given. I called front desk for help. It took the guy 15 minutes to get the TV on to a channel. Later, I turned the 2 water knobs in shower on but got no water. No instructions provided on how to use the shower. I found a small ring on top of spout and turned it. The water came on; it took 5 minutes to get hot. Front desk staff were courteous. Free parking for guests. But lot was nearly full in the evening; once I was lucky to get a parking spot (only one was available). Room had small fridge, microwave, fan, AC. Shuttle to airport. Room cleaning/more towels only upon request.

Note that there may be delay to pick you up at the airport. No food available in the area except for hotel mini convenient store selling ramen. Restaurant closed once a week. No complimentary water provided in the room. Old AC very noisy. No 2pm late checkout possible including where check in was very late, unless customer pays for an additional night. Inconvenient for airport hotel. Kind staff though despite hotel lack of flexibility.

Location was good but no good views outside window, our room was decently clean except the bathroom vent was very dirty, overall not bad, but if i ever visit honolulu again Id consider stay here again

Tina at check was awesome! She was friendly and made check in easy! The hotel has a restaurant that you can go to if you don’t want to go anywhere else. There is also a small “market” for last minute snacks or toiletries etc. it can be noisy because it’s close to airport but just be prepared for that earplugs or sleep aid. There were a few nights where guests were being loud as they walked by balcony.

Practical for a night stay to get out for an early am flight with the airport shuttle. Was easy to pickup and dropff from that perspective. Rooms are like very modest - like a motel 6 room. Staff was pretty good. Not much eating optics around the place other than a Chinese restaurant that closes at 7:30 pm. Expensive for a night stay but since there is no other place near by - price is justified.

I stayed for 7 days not once was I offered housekeeping I had to go and beg for towels at the front desk no trash removing service and the place is just old and the room smelled like a public restroom

Motel/hostel - not hotel - free parking - not nice

Besides issues with our booking, which required us to miss an activity and took over an hour to resolve) - apparently hotels.com/expedia and the hotel hadn’t squared us away and I was told I had to call to figure it out (very challenging to figure out who to call and how) the room is worse than hostels I’ve stayed in. Loud AC and fan. It’s 4am and I cannot sleep. The pool had wads of hair floating around, which we joked about m, but ultimately made it not at all something I would do. They also require you to bring the one room towel they give each person down, and trade it in at the desk to get another. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Fairly clean, but definitely random hairs and floor feels a bit greasy or slimy wet. Glad it isn’t carpeted. I don’t think there are bedbugs, but I will leave my bag in the garage when I get home.
