Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Owner needs to invest

When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. Several vertical blinds were missing and they replaced. The blinds still did not operate and when tried to open it would caused the blinds to fall out. Upon leaving we took sheets off bed, OMG look at photos. The location over looking the beach is nice. The Pacific Monarch is great location, upper pool and hot tub on 31 floor is unbelievable. The owner needs to update this unit. Management companies have their hands tied. The cancellation policy kept us from leaving.
