Pillows were terrible absolutely cement blocks to sleep on! Not sure how something so cheap and so critical to good rest can be intentionally overlooked. I say intentionally because all pillows in the room were the same rock hard.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large clean room and excellent breakfast with coupon that saved us money. Only downside was the thin window that could not block out the loud noise outside. Bring ear plugs.

The Front Desk Staff were very nice..... The Kids running around in the hall, was annoying. I've also thought it was a NON SMOKING Hotel though you could smell cigarette smoke on our floor

The room was just ok but what was annoying is that they charge you over $200 for an amenities fees (for a 5 night stay) which only includes wifi, a newspaper that you can grab from reception, if you wanted to use the safe. The room only gets cleaned every 4 days of your stay. They won't even clean your bins or refresh bathroom amenities. Our room was next to the pool so all night all we could hear was the noises from the pool area. Wasn't a great experience! The only good thing about this place is that it is close to Walmart and Ala Moana shopping centre. But I won't be staying here again. Not worth the price vs what you get.

The room was clean.The people at the front desk were nice. This was once a gorgeous hotel. It's really a shame that they false advertised that the ponds are still there or give you images of it. So I'd call it false advertising, as they show you pictures that are we back prayer? COVID, there is no restaurant open. It's shut down. Your only option is breakfast in the morning. And yes, you will pay for it. Nothing's close by enough. You either have to take a cab or you have to take a bus. Nothing's in walking distance unless you want to eat fried food. We shopped at a grocery store and made sandwiches.Okay, but no I would not go over there again.It actually made me brokenhearted to see the pagoda.In such sad shape.

Everything is very clean. Rooms are renovated, beds are comfy. Very nice and friendly staff. You get coupons at checkin for a nice, hearty breakfast (many options) for only $5 /person. Restaurant staff is also very friendly and nice. The hotel is easy walking distance to the Ala Moana mall and walmart. Bus stop to Waikiki (# 8 or #13) is about 7 minutes walk. Safe area and the hotel was really quiet. No kitchenette but coffeemaker and small fridge. The Don Quichote market around the corner has a lot of food vendors and stalls and is only about 3 min walk Stayed 8 nights and would stay there again.

How helpful the staff was with my experience with Hawaii for the first time. The amazing breakfast at the restaurant there amazing that’s all I can say is amazing. The convenience of where it was. It was literally within walking distance of everything. Very clean hotel. I was just so thankful for everything.
