We chose this as a budget hotel, no frills. Very close to Waikiki beach on side street. Adjacent to Hard Rock Cafe, good breakfast, also adjacent to posh balcony restaurant

Staff lied that I can use 35 dollars a day parking at post office, after driving there it was 58 dollars, there is no elevator for upstairs, AC didn't work or cool at all, it was smelly moldy and bad order. Bath tube weren't clean

Looked like something from the 1940's. Very outdated. No spare toilet paper in bathroom, screw tips sticking out of the bathroom cabinet. Shower looked very dirty. Didnt use. The kitchen sink was something out of a mechanic shop.

Nice, inexpensive, mom and pop style hotel. Rooms were clean and has a nice pool. It's not an upscale hotel, but the location makes it a nice way to save some money, yet be right in the middle of it all. Walking distance to tons of shopping, great restaurants, and the famous Waikiki Beach!

In a great location close to the beach, rooms are a little outdated , there is a beautiful pool, and the hotel is gated at night, friendly , safe

1970s vibes, Very much outdated and it felt very unsecure. The widows were covered by wood slates and a screen. Not really much to keep someone from entering your room when you aren't there. The reviews I read and the photos I saw before booking did not seem to be the same place. Not happy with my choice but due to some travel glitches we needed a last minute place to stay.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing, and walkable to everything in Waikiki. The staff were consistently responsive and kind, answering all of our questions and taking care of our needs throughout our stay. The room was clean, but unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock—and the shower was very small. The kitchen, including the stove, and other furnishings definitely need updating. While the property has great potential, some improvements are needed to match the fantastic location and service.

This place is old, certainly dirty. My room had ants running around the bathroom and they could not get rid of them. They migrated to the clothes hanging area, there is no wardrobe. I bought my own spray and eradicated them. No kettle in room. "Free" coffee in lobby till 11am whoopee!
