Parking and amenities are too expensive. The great thing is that it is just one block from the beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

The check in was a nightmare. I had booked a room with a balcony and city views and given a small dark room with neither. They said that the balcony rooms were on a first in first serve basis and that the advertisement on Expedia had misled me. After complaining and being told there were no other rooms available, I asked for a refund. They eventually found a room with a balcony and views, which I was happy with. Thus a terrible start followed by a three good nights in a fine, budget accommodation in an excellent position. Staff generally friendly and helpful after the problem had been sorted out. This issue needs to be addressed asap.

This location was a little bit of a catfish situation. You walk into the lobby, and then take the elevator to your floor, just for it to be a motel. Our room also wasn’t as nice as pictures. However, the staff was extremely helpful and nice.

A nice budget hotel in Waikiki. This is my second stay at this property as a solo traveler. Location is superb and plenty of nearby dining options.

While the hotel is in a great area we did have an issue with a cockroach in our room during our stay. The friendly staff we able to wave some hotel fees but seemed low in comparison to the discomfort we felt sleeping there.

Cancelled our booking because they did not have enough parking stalls. It looked as if there was less than 10 stalls total. We were not given other options to park. The desk staff let us know that if we cancelled, they would still charge us for a night. We cancelled as we were transporting hula implements in our vehicle for the show in Waikiki. I was notified by Expedia’s customer service that the parking is first come first serve. I let them know we needed parking for our vehicle and booked with another hotel that had sufficient parking. We were refunded for one of the two nights of our original booking. Thank goodness we are locals and can find our way around. I would feel bad if this happened to tourists.

Bed surprisingly comfy!

Very small room, but clean and comfortable. Lobby area clean and tidy and the complimentary morning coffee bar was awesome! Perfect for an overnight stay for sleep only. Only thing missing was a chair to sit on rather than the bed.

The hotel room was very clean. Most of the staff was very helpful. The hotel provided coffee/tea and snacks. Upon checkout we were presented with a souvenir gift. Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Also, just a walk across the street to catch activity shuttles.
