We had such a great stay here! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Big shoutout to Crystal, Jocelyn, and Shobi their customer service was excellent and they were all so friendly and helpful. There’s a fun karaoke bar right downstairs, and the beach is just around the corner. Everything is within walking distance, which made it super convenient. There’s also a restaurant right next door, outside to the left, with really good food and drinks. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Property does not have parking. We have to park more than two blocks away. Check out is supposed to be 11 o'clock but before 9 o'clock, a receptionist is calling to check what time we are checking out. We told her 11 o'clock but shortly after a cleaning lady opened the door without knocking. Been in a lot of hotels and never experienced anything like it

Always a great time staying at the Stay! I recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends because of the friendly staff, great location, and amazing value! The staff always goes above and beyond, they even gave us a handwritten welcome postcard and calendar. I thought it was such a nice touch! The room was perfect for us as a couple on the go. It was a good size and had a balcony with beautiful views of the city and ocean. Housekeeping stopped by every day of our stay to help keep the room clean and tidy. We were on the 6th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from the karaoke bar as others have mentioned. We will definitely be back!

Close to the beach, and the staff was so friendly and kind and the main reason I enjoyed this hotel! One thing I will say about this hotel is I wish there were more light in the room, rather a singular lamp and one small window.

I'll definitely stay here again as a solo traveler on a budget. The pros are that it's a perfect location just half a block from the beach and a block away from bus stops. The staff is friendly, attentive, and available 24/7 at the front desk. They offer free detergent for the washer/dryer as well as free beach towels and beach equipment, and again the location can't be beat. The only con for some people is that it's an older building, which means the rooms are smaller and dated compared to newer hotels. That's the only reason I took one star off on my review. The staff was great and the location can't be beat.

One of my biggest gripes about this property is that I reserved a boutique queen room that had a balcony. After checking in and unpacking, I was thinking to myself that I am in the wrong room. I double checked my confirmation email and sure enough I was in the wrong room. After looking on the hotels site, I was placed in a petite queen with no balcony. I go down to talk to the front desk staff and explained the error and the reply that I got was “the boutique and petite are the same room and we do not reserve rooms by type”. Even though the staff are super friendly, this put a sour taste in my mouth after multiple times showing my confirmation email stated the room with the balcony. I let it go and stayed in the room that was assigned. After this exchange I started to notice things about the room that I wasn’t happy about like a mini fridge that wouldn’t stay cold enough to store soft drinks, mold on the lamp shades and dirty linens. Also, if you are the type that needs your room to be dark to sleep, stay away. The rooms two windows are right under the lights for the walkway and almost makes it as bright as if you had the lights on in the room. Final recommendation is to be cautious when booking here. Yes it’s cheaper than staying at a major hotel but don’t let the pictures deceive you.

Property not as advertised on their website. the bed had zero support/requires replacement. bathroom door does not open fully as sink is too close to door. a larger individual would not fit period. staff are as pleasant as they could be, genuinely attempting to appease vacationers.
