"The staff was very kind and helpful. The in-wall A/C unit in my room was leaking and had caused damage to the flooring. I reported the issue, but I could tell it had been an ongoing issue, as the flooring had previously been removed from underneath the unit and a block of wood that was under the unit for stabilization was saturated. I do appreciate that the coffee is brewed and available earlier than the breakfast, as I had to leave the hotel prior to breakfast service most days I was at the hotel."
