We loved the modern new look of the hotel. We came in for a fun girly weekend at the nutcracker market. We were looking forward to pretty drinks and just a fun atmosphere. The room was fantastic. We were just really disappointed in the atmosphere of the hotel. It was quiet and dull. The only staff members that were friendly were at the sky lounge bar. It was so quiet and sad. I also didn’t understand the charges that were charged to our room and extra deposits. Our stay was definitely good and if you are just looking for maybe quiet, headphones in and work hotel this one is nice. It didn’t match up with the girly fun vibe that it put on. We will definitely stay again with hopes for improvements!

The room was beautifully decorated and clean. I did notice that towels were old and frayed with holes in some of them. The shower was refreshing with great pressure. We did order room service which was delivered promptly; however, towards the end of my meal, I noticed hair underneath one of the side dishes. It was unfortunate and disgusting. I stopped eating and placed the unfinished meal onto the tray and left it outside the door to be picked up.

I tried to order from room service and called 4 times. Each time I was sent to a recording but the mailbox was full so could not leave a message/order. I called front desk and they had the restaurant call within 15 minutes. Ordered a salad with no bleu cheese. Salad came with blue cheese, no utensils to eat with and no salt/pepper, etc. I requested utensils and they were delivered within 5 minutes. Everyone was very friendly though
