This might be my last time staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the experience has been horrible. After driving 16 hours from Philadelphia, I waited over 30 minutes to check in. The room had water damage, with tiles that were affected. There was no room service for the three days I stayed, which was a major letdown. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Not the greatest neighborhood. Staff not very friendly. Only 2 towels in our room. When I asked for more they said I would have to wait for housekeeping to deliver. Breakfast buffet was ok. Waffles were great! Eggs-not very tasty and no salt-only pepper. I ended up walking to McDonalds, nearby, and buying breakfast. Had to wait for checkout while person at desk went to get her breakfast.
