Our room reeked of urine, there were wet spots on the floor of our room. The bathroom shower did not drain properly leaving huge puddles.

The room I was given was not clean, the hair dryer had not been wiped, the sink and tub was clogged and don’t get me started with finding roaches! Will never stay here again!

Check in too too long. There was only one receptionist and he was held up by a customer who had credit card issues. Once in room there was a leak in bathroom, went to talk to the receptionist and he tells me he's the only one here no maintenance nothing said he'll have someone look at it never did and gave me a shower bath rug, then me baby girl says there's a cricket on the wall and little roaches in bathroom. no its a ROACH the phone doesn't work so I'm going back down to the front desk. The young man was clueless again. He's saying we dont have anymore rooms available they're all full. If i was able to pack my things back to my car and get my refund I would of done so. I had just come from a funeral and had a wedding on the next day, i was totally exhausted I asked him about no smoking 🚭 room all rooms are no smoking but this building smells like nothing but weed smoking renters. This is not nor will i ever stay. Very disappointed.

Doors to enter motel are locked after hours, meaning if you go out when you get back, posted on the doors to enter is a number to call for them to open the doors. That phone number doesn’t even work. Forget the fact what if you dont have a phone or your hands are full as mine were. I could accept the prostitutes walking around, but that was the last straw. Never staying here again.

The breakfast spread was bigger than expected. They served lemon infused water in the lobby. The room was mostly clean, but there was some trash on the floor and mildew on the pillow case.

We get there and we've already paid for the room and there is no water in the building so we can't shower we called ahead of time to ask about the reservations and the person over the phone didn't tell us anything about them not having water or else we wouldn't have stayed there. It was late we were tired so we got the room keys go up to the room the room key doesn't work I go to get my bags out of the car wife goes to get a different key gets a different key and was told a different room I come back and was told a different room than that we both come back down aggravated takes even longer for the clerk to get it together to give us another room it was just terrible terrible terrible will never stay there again.
