We checked in late because of flight delays. It was almost 1am. When we walked to our room, it was a nonsmoking room, but reeked of smoke. We also saw roaches in the bathroom. We immediately told the front desk and he changed our room. The new room was cleaner, but there were stains on the couch, carpet and walls. The carpeted halls were riddled with stains and gunk. We inspected the mattress and saw hair and dead bugs on it. The place overall was unclean. We booked 3 nights. Since it was nearly 3am, we slept a couple hours and checked out. Didn’t even open our suitcases. We didn’t want to walk barefoot or even with socks. I kept my shoes on the whole time and didn’t sleep under the covers. They charged us for 2 nights. And did not budge even after our complaints. They said since we booked with Expedia they can’t refund us

Don’t do it

The pictures do not match the facility. It’s old and run down. We had a dirty towel in the fold out couch. The carpets are dirty and stained. The ceilings were stained. Pictures are missing off the wall. Half of the facility isn’t operational. No business office no laundry facility. The pool cut up my kids feet. It was dirty, the jacuzzi wasn’t heated. Breakfast was sketch. Weird gross experience

Worst stay by far. The property has remodeling garbage everywhere. The smell. Hallway exit doors were kept open all night. Compressor and work equipment was on in the hallway around 7am. So much noise. Hot water was not available in the morning for shower. Sink water pressure was not existent. Once I left in the morning, I went to a hotel across the street to use the bathroom to brush teeth. Morning breakfast had flies inside the croissant cover. 2/10 overall rating.

There were cockroaches in the room, the towels were dirty had stains on it, no tea downstairs in breakfast and the oranges had fungus on it, which I shoes to the front desk to fix the problem they just offered to charge room but no compensation, very poor service here,

This appears to be a very old hotel. Beds are comfortable but smells a lot like “old humid place” The most terrible breakfast, they should not put breakfast on the list at all. Building looks like is falling apart

Property needs serious renovations or just be shut down! Pool was FILTHY had nowhere to sit by the pool. Jacuzzi was FILTHY! Floors inside hotel are stained horribly! None of the plugs in the room worked at all! It was a horrible experience for us we will never return and won’t recommend especially if u have kids!
