The hotel itself is very clean but the service was such a disappointment! Firstly, the included airport shuttle is NOT 24 hours, so in order to catch a 5:00 am flight we had to book an Uber. I tried to pay cash at the overpriced bar and she said she couldn’t take it as she wasn’t able to make simple change. The room next to ours had people up and drinking and being so loud until after 2:00 am, even after we called the front desk. Finally, the elevators and the lobby have this incredibly strong really artificial scent which was so intense you could taste it. Very let down, would not stay here again.

This was a last minute booking because of a flight delay forcing me to stay overnight in Houston, without a hotel voucher. I found this through hotels.com and with the positive reviews I decided to book this hotel. Which was an excellent choice, because the hotel is either pretty new, or recently renovated. Everything looked very modern inside and everything was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, The bistro was out of several of their food choices, around 9:00 p.m. in the evening, so that is something you may want to keep in mind.
