Would be nice if they actually had somewhere to eat on property because there’s no open restaurants that are really close to the hotel , Plus, I felt them remodeling the hotel room above me early in the morning on a Sunday was really rude and disrespectful to paying customers , staff was very nice and helpful

Room is quite small, but the view was great. There was no fan in the bathroom so after shower it was very humid. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because it was not included. Shuttle service was convenient, employees were very friendly but parking needed to be paid. Overall was ok experience.

The entrance to the front door is horrible. The key card doesn’t work, then you buzz in and wait for someone to answer. I sat in the lobby waiting for an uber and not one person could enter in without a staff member letting them in . I appreciate security but find a better way for your guest to enter

Do not reverse park in the parking garage! The top level does not have a sign stating not to do this. I backed in to a spot and broke the back windshield on my car. There is a sign on the level below, but not all of them. The wheel stop on the ground was also shifted, and not in the right place. So that wouldn’t have helped either. When I brought this up to management I was told it’s not their responsibility. They gave me the $30 parking fee back. Doesn’t help much for a $480 window. Also paid for breakfast that was included, but that doesn’t start tell 7 am. Wasn’t able to eat because my event started at 6:45.

The hotel is older but well-maintained and clean. The room was relatively small; however, it was tidy and featured an excellent view of downtown, which enhanced the overall experience. Positive Aspects: • Clean and well-kept room and carpet. • Comfortable bedding. • Impressive city view from the room. Issues Noted: • One towel appeared to have makeup residue. • Room key card malfunctioned multiple times (approximately six), requiring staff assistance at the front desk to reset it. Despite minor inconveniences with the key card and towel, the stay was pleasant. Cleanliness and comfort outweighed the issues, and I would choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The rooms could be improved, and the bathrooms were dirty. There were some mold in there too. There was a Caucasian male that needs to work on his customer service. He was super rude.
