If you’re looking for a clean room, good bed, hot shower and close to the airport, this could be your place. For other things, not so much. The shuttle runs every half hour. If your arrival means you missed it by 5 minutes, you now wait 25 minutes for the next one to leave the hotel so in reality about 45 minutes to get to the hotel. All this for a 5 minute ride! The food in the restaurant was horrible. Warmed over burger, cold side dishes. No effort whatsoever with making the food edible. Wasn’t expecting gourmet, but this was worse than fast food. Next morning we expected to have the ‘made to order’ breakfast but learned that not only wasn’t it made to order anymore, but the price had need increased by 25%! Instead, we went to the airport early and felt lucky to eat airport food. On the upside the staff was very friendly and polite.

I made the reservation from the airport within a short time arriving at hotel. Upon arrival/checkin, I was told 2 reservations were made. I explained the mistake but was told hotels.com has to call to request refund. Hotels.com reports they contacted the hotel and the refund was denied.

the room was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable. however we went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was not only cold, but the tuna sandwich was poor quality with very little tuna, too much mayo. The shrimp tacos where cold, skimp on the shrimp. we paid for a meal we did not eat, the only thing eatable was fries and salad.
