Brilliant hotel and literally round the corner from Paddington station and a 5 minute stroll to Kensington gardens. The spa is small but cute and you get it to yourself for 30 minutes. There is only a plunge hot tub and steam, but it is lovely!

Had single room, small but perfectly cozy - thoughtfully designed. Location is excellent, walkable to Paddington and many restaurants and convenience stores. Parking directly in front of the hotel. Pleasant lobby. Friendly reception staff on check-in. Room was small but did the job. Was nicely decorated albeit looked a bit dated. Restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The food was nice. And I’d travelled on my birthday and they’d added a few treats in the hotel room. Would definitely stay again if it were to visit London.
