The rooms were clean but tiny. The windows are old and wont keep out the noise of the street nor the cold air. The breakfast is the bare minimum and the coffee is undrinkable. But it is very centrally located with 5min walk from Paddington and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is in a very expensive area, so the pricing is understandable, though it is on the pricey side for the size of the room. The room itself was quite small. That said, the location is excellent. It is walkable to Paddington Station and surrounded by many restaurants, which made getting around very easy and convenient. This hotel is perfect for a one-night stay or short stopover, especially if you need quick access to the train station. I likely would not stay for an extended period due to the limited space, but it served its purpose well for a brief stay.

Don't get me wrong, the hotel had done an excellent and impressive renovations that really made the hotel looks nice and clean. However, the only downside was the size of the room. It was very small. poor entrance staff struggled to understand us !!!! whole place needs to be refurbished . especially the dining area a lot of chipped wood broken seats . Our bathrooms in room had blown wood and awful grout generally unkept . Then bar didn’t open until 6pm in evening so disappointing.
