All around wonderful hotel.

The staff are super nice. The breakfast is hands-down, the best free buffet breakfast I have had in a hotel. The rooms are always clean and very well kept. The star of the show is their cleaning crew who will clean your room. Anytime you ask them to. The location of this hotel is also one of its best benefits. Not only is it close to the medical center, but it is directly across the street from Herman Park, which is you many miles of trails to walk on in the morning and enjoy a little nature.

Perfect respite while at MD Anderson

The room was large and spacious and had a kitchen and all was spotless. It was very quiet. Ice machines on each floor. there is a gym, a laundry and an outdoor pool. There are lobby areas for working. Very nice

Most guests were there for the Medical Center nearby. Many guests had serious medical conditions. The entire staff was kind and helpful and there to do whatever their guests needed. A great place to stay if your going to the medical center!

There aren’t many restaurants around the hotel, but there is a Subway and a small restaurant inside the hotel. There is a pool and outdoor sitting area.

We stayed at this property for a few days dropping my son off at Rice. There was a musty odor from the carpets and multiple requests to the front desk for cleaning and towels and coffee pods were ignored. The dishwasher smelled and their was hair on the inside of the sliding bathroom door. Overall a poor experience.
